Instructional Focus

• Thorncliffe staff is committed to a school-wide coordinated effort in which students will demonstrate growth in their ability to utilize Critical Thinking Skills to accomplish performance based tasks in Literacy and Numeracy. 
  
• Teachers will apply strategies learned in Differentiated Learning to support student’s learning.
  
• Student growth shall be measured by the Provincial Achievement Tests, HLATs and Smarte Targets Assessments or by the goals on their I.P.P.
